Cody, Wyoming

NORTH FORK OF THE SHOSHONE

Flows are around 2430cfs. Fishing is closed from Gibbs bridge to Newton Creek until July first. The fishing above Newton Creek changes daily due to weather and runoff. Current cfs suggests the river is high, but potentially clean. On days the river has been fishable stonefly nymphs and chubbies worked best. Streamers should do the trick too.

SOUTH FORK OF THE SHOSHONE

Flows are around 1040cfs. Fishing conditions are starting to get better. The water conditions change daily due to weather and runoff. Current cfs suggests the river is clear and fishable. Streamers, chubbies, stonefly nymphs, perdigons.

LOWER SHOSHONE

Flows are at 1382cfs. The fishing has been good depending on water conditions. pheasant tails, frenchies, perdigons, thin mints, wooly buggers, and other similar streamers.

Thermopolis, Wyoming

BIGHORN RIVER

Flows are around 1167cfs. The fishing has been good. Worms, yellow sally’s, sowbugs, scuds, midges, perdigons, PMDs, streamers.
