Cody, Wyoming
NORTH FORK OF THE SHOSHONE
Flows fluctuate daily, but are around 1160. The fishing can change daily due to weather. Fishing has been amazing. On days the river has been fishable stonefly nymphs and chubbies worked best. Duracells, pheasant tails, and caddis nymphs work. Streamers should do the trick too.
SOUTH FORK OF THE SHOSHONE
Flows fluctuate daily, but are around 294. The fishing has been incredible. Streamers, chubbies, stonefly nymphs, perdigons, durcells, pheasant tails.
LOWER SHOSHONE
Flows are at 1423cfs. The fishing has been great. Pheasant tails, frenchies, duracells, perdigons, rubber legs, prince nymphs, thin mints, wooly buggers, and other similar streamers.
Thermopolis, Wyoming
BIGHORN RIVER
Flows are around 1148cfs. The fishing has been okay. Very Hot water temps, and very mossy. Only fish early in the morning or on cool days. Worms, yellow sally’s, sowbugs, scuds, midges, perdigons, PMDs, yuk bugs, zirdles, streamers.
