NORTH FORK OF THE SHOSHONE

Flows are at 195cfs today. The river is fishing isn’t good. Many of the fish are back in the reservoir now.

SOUTH FORK OF THE SHOSHONE

The fishing is really good, mostly on warmer days Nymphing stoneflies, perdigons, pheasnat tails, duracells, and midges are working the best. Streamers can still work as well. Mostly try smaller buggers or similar with a slower retrieve.

LOWER SHOSHONE

Flows are at 214cfs. The fishing has been good, but the river is very low. Nymphing has been the best. Pheasant tails, perdigons, duracells, meatheads, worms. BWO action on dries can be good during mid day. Streamers have been working well too.

Thermopolis, Wyoming

BIGHORN RIVER

Flows are around 597cfs. Most the fish have moved into their winter holding water(deeper runs). Nymphing is by far going to be the most productive. Sowbugs, scuds, baetis, midges, worms, perdigons, duracells, pheasant tails.
